Under My Courses, you can see the courses you have access to and how long they remain available. The access period is shown on the course image, for example Access until 05 Sep 2026.

Begin your learning
You begin your learning through My Profile & Courses.

- We recommend completing them in order, but once a part is available, you can return to it whenever needed.
- An estimated duration is shown under each part. The time is approximate and may vary depending on, for example, how much time you spend on reflections and exercises.
- The first time you open a course, begin with Before you begin – Confirm the terms. You can then proceed to the learning content.

The main functions of the player:
- Menu – opens and closes the menu.
- Exit – leaves the player and takes you back to the course page.
- Play/Pause – starts and pauses the playback.
- Seekbar – shows where you are in the current page content. Drag the seekbar to move forwards or backwards.
- Player Controls – additional playback settings and functions (see next image).

5a. Replay – restarts the current page from the beginning.
5b. Volume – adjusts the volume or mutes the audio completely.
5c. Closed Captions (CC) – shows or hides subtitles for the learning content. Subtitles are enabled by default, but you can turn them off or on at any time by selecting CC. When subtitles are enabled, CC is marked with a yellow line.
5d. Playback Speed – changes the playback speed. You can slow it down to 0.25× or increase it up to 2×. Normal is the standard playback speed.
5e. Settings – opens additional settings:
• Zoom to fit – adjusts the size of the learning content to fit the available space.
• Accessible text – displays the text content in a format adapted for increased accessibility.
• Keyboard shortcuts – enables or disables the use of keyboard shortcuts.
5f. Full screen – switches between full-screen and normal viewing mode.
6. <PREV NEXT> takes you to the previous or next page in the learning content.
• PREV is greyed out when you are on the first page.
• If NEXT is greyed out, you may need to complete an activity on the current page before you can continue.

- A check mark indicates that the section has been registered as completed.

Under Glossary, you will find explanations of terms used in the current course.

- Terms are listed in alphabetical order.
- Terms and explanations are adapted to the content of the course.
- Scroll through the list to find the term you are looking for.
- You can access the Glossary at any time during your learning without leaving the player.
- Content in the Glossary cannot be printed or copied. When material may be downloaded and used separately, a downloadable version is provided under Resources.

Under Resources, you will find links and materials related to the course.
Links to the User Guide, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) and Learning Purpose and Objectives are always available here.
Additional materials related to the course may also be available. The type and amount of material vary between courses. Examples include:
- links to pages relevant to the learning content
- downloadable learning materials, such as guides, checklists and other reference materials.
Documents made available for download under Resources may be downloaded and used in accordance with the applicable terms.
Download material: Select the document to open it. You can then save it to your device in the same way as other documents.
Leave the player
To leave the player, select EXIT in the upper-right corner (see The Player, point 2).
You will return to the course page.

Proof of Completion

Download your Proof of Completion (Record of Completion & Certificate)
The final activity in the course is to create your Proof of Completion.

If you later want to find or download your Proof of Completion again:
- Go to My Profile & Courses.
- Under My Certificates, you will find your Proof of Completion.
- If it says Not earned, your Proof of Completion has not yet been earned. Check that you have completed all parts required for the Proof of Completion.

Select the Proof of Completion and follow the instructions to download it as a PDF.
